About us

Costas grew up in Puebla, Mexico where his parents harvested corn, beans, watermelon, and pumpkins.      Looking for his shot at the American Dream, Costas left Puebla when he was 16. His journey with cheese started at an Italian family's cheese making facility in New York State for almost 20 years. Fast forward 7 years, in 2017 he decided to open his own cheese making business. King's Mozzarella was born in Kent, WA in June of 2017. You can find King's at dozens of markets every week year round including Ballard, Capitol Hill, Maple Valley, and Burien among many others.
